
With more than 23 years of artistic experience, Marilyn Rustand now dedicates her creative expertise to the art of permanent cosmetics.A Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP), as well as an approved SPCP Trainer with advanced training in areola complex repigmentation and scar camouflage, Marilyn specializes in the application of permanent makeup. Her advanced training enables her to perform permanent cosmetic treatments to restore the aesthetic appearance of the nipple areola complex after reconstructive surgery. Marilyn opened her own clinic in 2001 as the founder and sole operator of Facial Designs Permanent Cosmetics, LLC. She has quickly become a respected leader in her field, successfully performing hundreds of procedures annually. Marilyn received her professional training at the So Natural Institute of Permanent Cosmetics in St. Louis, and advanced areola/nipple repigmentation training at Guastella Institute of Permanent Makeup in New Orleans, LA. She has passed the National Certification Exam to earn the highest certification in the industry of Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP). She is licensed by the State of Missouri and is an active member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP), the largest international association for her profession. She also holds a certification in OSHA Blood-Borne Pathogens, assurance that she follows the strict sanitation and sterilization guidelines in accordance with OSHA and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). |

She serves on a committee for March of Dimes annual fundraiser, Star Chef's Auction, and is also an active member of Business Network International (BNI) and Newcomers-Longtimers, and she serves as deaconate in her church. Marilyn was a member of the Board of Directors for the Camdenton Chamber of Commerce and Citizens Against Domestic Violence, as well as past president of the American Business Women's Association. She also served on the fund-raising board for the development of the Lake of the Ozarks YMCA. |
